Ticket Office Hours:

Monday–Saturday: 10am–5pm
Sunday 10am-2pm
Performance days 10am–curtain

House Rules

  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. You may need to be seated in an alternate location from your ticketed seats.
  • All bags may be subject to search upon entering the building. Patrons may be asked to return items to their vehicle that are not allowed in the theater.
  • Firearms, knives, clubs, pepper spray, or other weapons or incendiary devices, including fireworks are not allowed in the building. Outside alcohol is also not permitted in the building.
  • Only service animals are allowed in the theater during performances.
  • Excessive drinking and/or irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated. Nor will physical or verbal abuse to Berkshire Theatre Group staff, patrons or performers.
  • Unnecessary noise, movements or actions deemed a distraction to staff,
  • patrons or performers including the blocking of doors or hallways will not be tolerated. Patrons may be removed from the performance at the discretion of Berkshire Theatre Group staff.
