Safety Measures


House Rules

  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. You may need to be seated in an alternate location from your ticketed seats.
  • All bags may be subject to search upon entering the building. Patrons may be asked to return items to their vehicle that are not allowed in the theater.
  • Firearms, knives, clubs, pepper spray, or other weapons or incendiary devices, including fireworks are not allowed in the building. Outside alcohol is also not permitted in the building.
  • Only service animals are allowed in the theater during performances.
  • Excessive drinking and/or irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated. Nor will physical or verbal abuse to Berkshire Theatre Group staff, patrons or performers.
  • Unnecessary noise, movements or actions deemed a distraction to staff, patrons or performers including the blocking of doors or hallways will not be tolerated. Patrons may be removed from the performance at the discretion of Berkshire Theatre Group staff.
