Part-Time Donor Relations Associate

The Donor Relations Associate reports directly to the Director of Donor Relations and Director of Grants and Campaigns at BTG and is responsible to assist with implementation of fundraising activities and programs for Berkshire Theatre Group. The Donor Relations Associate will have the chance to join a growing organization that provides live performing arts to tens of thousands of people annually across multiple stages and two campuses. This position is mostly in person work.

Areas include:

Fielding incoming calls, responding to donor requests, assisting with patron and donor benefits, coordinating and preparing annual appeal materials, mailings, acknowledgements and membership materials. Assisting the ticket office responding to donor requests, solicitations and donations as needed. Soliciting monetary and in-kind donations. Assisting and helping with planning and facilitating donor events. Assisting with reporting and database systems as they pertain to donor involvement, gifts and development. Assisting with organizing, cataloguing, and digitizing of current BTF Archives (items may include photos, playbills, posters, and publicity articles). Acting as a BTG representative at community events and with the general public.

Part Time Ticket Office Associate

The Ticket Office Associate reports directly to the Ticket Office Manager. The Ticket Office Associate will have the chance to join a growing organization that provides live performing arts to tens of thousands of people annually across multiple stages and two campuses. This position is mostly in person work. Housing is not provided and applicants should be willing to travel between our two campuses in Pittsfield and Stockbridge as scheduled.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing ticket sales, operating Spektrix ticketing system, reconciling end-of-day sales, creating reports, and staffing will-call shifts for performances. Experience working in a ticket office is preferred, but not required.

Berkshire Theatre Group has numerous volunteering opportunities that can fit your schedule and lifestyle. In addition to working as an usher at one of our events, we are constantly looking for support on everything from mailings to gardening across our campus. No matter what your skills or interests, we can use your support.
