Part-Time Box Office:
Part-time, seasonal position for Summer 2021 Season (May – September). Position may include both in-person and remote working hours. Housing is not provided and applicants should be willing to travel between our two campuses, in Pittsfield and Stockbridge, as scheduled.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing ticket sales, operating Spektrix ticketing system, reconciling end-of-day sales, creating reports, and staffing will-call shifts for performances. Experience working in a ticket office is preferred, but not required. Reports directly to the Ticket Office Manager.

Ticket Office Manager
Berkshire Theatre Group has numerous volunteering opportunities that can fit your schedule and lifestyle. In addition to working as an usher at one of our events, we are constantly looking for support on everything from mailings to gardening across our campus. No matter what your skills or interests, we can use your support.

- Ushering at shows and events
- Database management
- Gardening and landscaping
- Assistance with mailings
- Building improvements
In exchange for your assistance, we provide complimentary access to BTG productions when available along with an exclusive invitation to a Volunteer Appreciation Event at the end of the summer.
