Open for the Season

5:30pm Monday-Thursday for 7pm performances
6:30pm Friday and Saturday for 8pm performances and
12:30 pm for 2pm matinee performances

The Café will be open during intermission

No food is allowed in the Theatres during performances.

Berkshire Theatre Group is an ideal destination for group outings, tour operators, school trips and seniors. The beauty of our region, the variety of attractions available and our world-class productions provide a full day – or multiple days – of fun and entertainment for all ages! 

Groups receive discounts and enjoy many premium group benefits. Please see below for details.

Group Discounts

  • 10 or more tickets = 10% off regular single ticket price
  • 25 or more tickets = 15% off regular single ticket price
  • Waived handling fee: $6 savings per order
  • 2 free tickets with 20 or more paid tickets 


We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and by check. Checks can be mailed to The Colonial Theatre, 111 South Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201. Payment can be made over the phone by calling 413-448-8084 Ext. 21. 

A $10 per ticket non-refundable deposit is due with signed contract within 14 days of reserving seats. Tickets will be released for resale if deposit is not received by this time. 

You have until the final balance due date, 3 weeks prior to the show, to adjust numbers. 

If numbers fall below 10, the group rate is void and regular single ticket prices will apply. 

Upon final payment, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for unused tickets or no-shows. 

If desirable and availability permits, it may be possible to reschedule a group if you give at least 2 weeks’ notice. In this case your tickets would be exchanged for tickets of equal or lesser value for a different performance date. 

If you have booked multiple performance dates and need to cancel a date, and are not able to reschedule, we may be able to apply payment for the canceled performance toward a later performance. This is only possible if we have not already received payment for the later performance. 

Show casting is subject to change. 

If desirable, tickets can be mailed upon receipt of final payment.
