Update Contact Preferences

STEPS
  1. Head to www.berkshiretheatregroup.org/my-account/
  2. Please make sure we have your correct cell phone number. We will send any tickets to you via email and now SMS Message. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.
  3. Click on the “Contact Preferences” tab.
  4. Click “Edit Contact Preferences.”
  5. Then you can review the subcategories and can uncheck the box for any email type you do not wish to receive.
  6. Click SAVE when you’re finished.
PLEASE NOTE
  • E-tickets and ticket confirmations are NOT affected by unsubscribing.
  • We highly recommend customizing preferences rather than unsubscribing so that you don’t miss details about your upcoming shows.
  • New Feature: If we have your cell phone number we will send your tickets via SMS Message.
  • If you think you unsubscribed from our emails by mistake, please contact our Box Office so we can assist.
