Before Kathy Jo Grover joined Berkshire Theatre Group full time, she spent 25 years travelling the country with her husband, David Grover, performing for kids with the Big Bear Band. For this class, she will be sharing with you what she learned about folk music, by teaching you some classic and original songs she loves! Each episode features two, 10-minute lessons, during which you’ll learn some songs, maybe some hand motions and definitely hear some stories! At the end of each lesson, the lyrics will appear along the bottom of the screen so that you can sing-along too!

Age Group: Elementary and middle school age students.

Videos that are sent in might be posted on a future episode.

If you are interested in sending in a video of your child singing a song that they learned, please email the video to marketing@berkshiretheatre.org.
Please include your first name in your video submission.
