A highlight every year at Berkshire Magazine is The Berkshire 25, published in the fall issue. That’s when 25 individuals are recognized and honored for their dedication to the community. These very special people work tirelessly and selflessly to make our Berkshires a one-of-a-kind place to live, to work and to visit. They come from all walks of life and all ages—they are the backbone of the community. Some you may know; others, perhaps, you may not. All are equally important in making the Berkshires an exemplary region of the country.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of The Berkshire 25, which means that 250 individuals have now been recognized for their contributions. On Thursday, October 5 at 5:30 p.m., we celebrate this year’s Berkshire 25 by inviting all past honorees to mark this milestone—and everyone is invited to join the celebration! There will be a reception in the lobby with beverages and hors d’oeuvres prior to the awards ceremony in the theatre, which will feature State Representative Smitty Pignatelli as Master of Ceremonies along with a very special guest. There will also be live music that you won’t want to miss!
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the BTG Plays! Program to support performing arts for young people in the Berkshires.
Catering will be provided by Backstage Plates with beer and wine by Nejaime’s Wine Cellars. Soft drinks also will be available.
