June 27-June 29, 2017 9:30-11:30am – Nature Craft Academy
Tuesday – Thursday kids will learn all about different parts of nature. 
For kids ages 3-6
Each child is $75 dollars for three-day session and includes materials.
BTG Members receive a discount.
Scholarships available based on need. 

Summer Craft AcademyTuesday June 27th -Day 1
We'll be learning about birds with the story "Stellaluna" by Janell Cannon then make a sweet nest of birds! Then we'll make felt and feather bird masks and practice being birds!

Wednesday June 28th - Day 2
We'll talk about the Water Cycle and read "Bringing the Rain to Kapati Plain" by Verna Aardema. Then we'll make our very own water cycle and "stained glass" raincloud.  

Summer Craft Academy 2Thursday June 29th Day 3
We'll read "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein and then create a beautiful tree with our hand and heart leaves and another tissue paper and pom pom tree.  

July 18-July 20, 2017 9:30-11:30am – Vacation Destination Craft Academy
Tuesday – Thursday join us as we travel to the desert, jungle and under the sea!

For kids in grades 3-5
Each child is $75 dollars for three-day session and includes materials.
BTG Members receive a discount.
Scholarships available based on need. 

Tuesday July 18th - Day 1
We'll read "Creatures of the Desert World" a National Geographic Action Book. Then we'll handprint paint cacti, and make desert sand landscapes in containers.  

Wednesday 19th -July Day 2
We'll read "Giraffes Can't Dance" by Giles Andreae. Then we'll make a mixed media jungle scene. We'll also make felt giraffe masks and dance, dance, dance! 

Thursday 20th - July Day 3
We'll read "My Little Island" by Frané Lessac. Then we'll make a hanging jellyfish and underwater felt beach scene to play with again and again!
