Episode #3: This week David talks to Jenn Harris

This week we’re keeping it casual with the one and only comedian extraordinare Jenn Harris. (BTG: Cat On a Hot Tin Roof, Pageant Play; In New York: the off Broadway sensation: Silence! The Musical, the American Romantic comedy film: Gayby, and the YouTube series New York is Dead, and much much more. This week Jenn and David discuss whether it’s possible to be creative in quarantine, what it’s like to produce one’s own work, and where to find a funny bone. Or maybe none of that all. You never know what will pop up when Jenn’s in the room.

David Adkins talks to Berkshire Theatre Group actors, directors, designers and other friends of the theater about life – life in the arts, life during Covid19, hopes, dreams, and who knows what! Getting to the heart of the matter, and keeping us all connected while we’re apart – one artist at a time.

David has performed in over 30 productions at BTG including the goat, the petrified forest, and the zoo story. On TV David has most recently appeared as Senator Chet Wagner from Alabama on Madam Secretary. Other television includes the blacklist, homeland, the Americans, the good wife and others.

Age group: College and up.

"Out of need will come the way. Once the pandemic ebbs, whenever that is, there will be an incredible need to gather again." The theatre has existed from the time of the Greeks. We will go on.
