Auditions are open to local non-Equity actors of all ages, genders and ethnicities and will be held on Monday, October 19 from 6–9pm at The Colonial Theatre located at 111 South Street, Pittsfield, MA, with call backs as needed on Tuesday, October 20 from 6–9pm. A special audition for young actors in Grades 1–3 will be held on Tuesday, October 20 at 6pm.

On this day in 1903, The Colonial Theatre opened its doors for the first time with a sold out production of the operetta Robin Hood, which was produced by one of the first national touring groups in the country, The Bostonians. Since then, BTG has strived to continue the Colonial`s legacy in providing high-quality entertainment for the Berkshire County community and beyond. 🌟

What an unforgettable evening!
The Berkshire Benefit Concert brought the incomparable Idina Menzel to The Colonial Theatre for a spectacular night in support of Berkshire Theatre Group and Barrington Stage Company.
One especially magical moment came when Izzy Brown, a member of BTG’s education program, BTG PLAYS!, won the opportunity during the live auction to join Idina onstage for a duet and absolutely brought down the house!

The EBT Card to Culture program in partnership with the Mass Cultural Council and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services’ Department of Transitional Assistance, is available to anyone with EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare Insurance. This offer includes two tickets for performances at The Colonial Theatre and The Unicorn Theatre per household at the rate of $5 each. All additional fees are waived.
